Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Zelfie, a service operated by Prediktive LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Zelfie, you agree to them.

The service

Zelfie is a timesheet and hour-approval service for businesses. Providers record their hours and submit timesheets. Clients review them and approve, request changes or reject. Clients can add team members to help review, and either side can add the people it works with to its directory and invite them to connect.

Eligibility and accounts

  • By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and use Zelfie for business purposes.
  • Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • A Client is responsible for the team members it adds and the access it gives them.

Your data

You’re responsible for the information you enter, including hours, task descriptions, comments and the contact details of the people you add. Only add someone’s contact details if you’re allowed to share them. You keep ownership of your data, and you allow us to host and process it to provide Zelfie, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Zelfie to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • submit timesheets you know are false, or impersonate someone else;
  • send unwanted invitations or messages;
  • access accounts or data you’re not authorized to access, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
  • copy or scrape the service, or upload malicious code.

Agreements between Providers and Clients

Zelfie records hours and routes them for approval. It isn’t a party to any agreement between a Provider and a Client, doesn’t employ Providers, doesn’t set rates and doesn’t process payments. An approval in Zelfie is a record between the two of you. You’re responsible for your own agreements, invoicing, payments and any disputes about them.

Availability

Zelfie is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prediktive LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Zelfie. Our total liability for any claim relating to Zelfie is limited to the amount you paid us for Zelfie in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Zelfie at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing analytics@prediktive.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other users. The sections on your data, agreements between Providers and Clients, availability, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know by email or in Zelfie. Continuing to use Zelfie after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
